2 ingredient NAAN
1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter of choice (brush after cooking)
mix and make into discs about 1/4 inch thick
Fry on medium low flipping every few minutes
2 Ingredient Biscuits
10 ounces (about 2 cups) self-rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar (if making sweet shortcake-style biscuits)
10 ounces (about 1 1/4 cups) heavy cream, plus more for brushing
note since it's just under 3/4 ( 1/2 cup plus 1/8 cup) cream to one cup of self rising flour you can use evaporated milk
one can is 12oz which is 1.5 cups
if you have 2 3/4 cups of self rising flour you can use the whole can add leave a bit asisde for dusting and you will be fine.
preheat oven to 450°F
bake for 12 minutes
